I was recently interviewed by Steve Forrester for The Subscription Accelerator podcast on how to build a successful subscription box. Steve was kind enough to let me have access to the audio to share on my blog for other business owners to benefit from as well.

What I learnt by adding a subscription box to my eCommerce business

Adding a subscription box to Trefiel didn’t have the effects that I thought it would. Initially, I thought launching a subscription service would be a great way to acquire new customers.

But in the end, it was one of the best channels we had for increasing our monthly recurring revenue and retaining our customers for longer periods of time.
